Entrepreneurs: Submit your business plan for consideration to present at our events or contact us for our business plan workshops. Entrepreneurs may attend our investor events only if selected to present their plans (less than 1% of plans submitted), or by special invitation.

INVESTOR INFORMATION:

Selection Criteria: Investors are invited depending on their portfolio, track record, as well as their ability to add value to the companies they invest in. Investors should be either professional investors, or "accredited investors" based on the definition of the US Securities and Exchange Commission set forth in Rule 501 of Regulation D ( 17 CFR 230.501), which includes: (a)Any natural person whose individual net worth, or joint net worth with that person's spouse exceeds $1,000,000; or (b) Any natural person who had an individual income in excess of $200,000 in each of the two most recent years, or joint income with that person's spouse in excess of $300,000 in each of those years, and has a reasonable expectation of reaching the same income level in the current year. Confidentiality: The identity and contact information for individual investors is kept strictly confidential. As policy, eFiltro and its entrepreneurs do not directly solicit investors.

Cost to the Investors: Invited investors are admitted free of charge for the New Idea Center Networking Events. We charge the entrepreneurs our venture consulting fees, and share costs of event, if selected.
